We offer different levels of treatment depending on the severity of the damage. With our surface treatment we apply neutralizers to the surface followed up with disinfectants to sanitize. This process is very effective for light odor problems. For extreme odor problems, our restoration process may be required. This process involves lifting up the carpet in the affected areas, cleaning the backing of the carpet, removing the pad, treating the floor, replacing the pad, treating the backing of the carpet with a special odor barrier and treating the pile of the carpet with an enzyme. This process is highly effective.
